Yes.... I know that each Tim Horton's is owned independently
Yes..... I know it is hard to operate one
The only reason I am complaining is that it took me 25 minutes to get my coffee this morning!!!!
There were only about 9 cars in front of me.
I have written emails and sent letters to Tim Horton's before but they don't really seem to listen. So I decided to start this blog to see if there is anyone else out there who hs similar stories.
I guess the thing I am really complaining about is that they kept me from my morning coffee
I guess I won't be going to this one again.

Arrived at the drive thru window today and was told that the car in front of me had paid for my order...made my day!
Wish more of these people would say thank you when you pay for your order

i work at one let me tell how my day went this morning i started at 6 am so i get there its all cool me and one of the girl go out to have a smoke well it s cold how ever this guy pull up to the drivethru his truck isn t even stoped yet and he s cursing"what the f is taking so long "ok we look at each other kind of laugh we go in and one of the midnight girl is in the back crying the guy called her all kinds of nasty thing well good morning to me we get out on the floor to find out one of the part timer called in sick so now where short because everyone else booked it off because the fair is in town my day is getting better 7am 3 more staff come in at lest they showed 2 are in training (4th day working)1should have been fired but it is the assistant manager kid oh great 7am i get a break good go out to have a smoke drivethur lined up to the road 1 regular costermer sais break time i say yup he moves on well behind him is another regular he sais are you allway on break so i laught it off lolnow another comes thru he sais get your ass in there and get my coffee . well now that number 3 and he was not nice so ismile and giggle and say get it yourself he he he he go in back to my position guess who i have to work with that kid i get to my post no cups no coffee no sugar and i need to change the cream and he take off to the bath room great drive thru backed up to the road i have nothing i have one of the girl making bagels for the counter because thier lined up out the door and the kid leaves me alone because our fouth called in sick so here iam tring to fill my stuff get a creamer take orders make coffee and what ever else needs to be done and it s not even 8o clock yet so yes some time where not as fast as you would like us to be but we are only human so just remember that next time most of us are tring is just that danm kid.
